Yes. All our coaches are LTA Accredited and hold current DBS checks, first aid certification and safeguarding training, so you can be confident your family is in safe, qualified hands.

Yes. Adult coaching runs from complete beginner to club standard, in group sessions plus one-to-one and small-group lessons. Junior coaching is grouped by age and ability following the LTA stage pathway, [running [days/times] during term, with holiday camps in school breaks]. New players are welcome to come for a taster before committing to a block.

We have three categories designed around age and play frequency. Mini: For members under 11 years old Junior: For members aged 11-18 years old Family: Which covers two adults and their children under one annual fee — usually the best value if more than one child plays. Cardio Tennis is a high-energy, music-driven group workout combining tennis drills with continuous movement — great for fitness whether or not you're focused on match play, and no experience is needed. Sessions run Mondays & Fridays at 09:30am - 11:00am.

Social sessions are relaxed, mix-in style play where members rotate partners and games — the easiest way to meet other members and get regular matches. Social plays are on Tuesday 19:00 - 21:00, Thursdays 09:00 - 11:00, and Sundays 10:00 - 12:00.
